Question : How do I make someone a Supervisor for a user in the Portal?
Answer : Great question - Your Portal Admin can follow these steps in the User Manager...
To make someone a Supervisor – go to Portal Tools> Manage Users> User Manager:
Then find the user you want to set the Supervisor for (they DO need to be an active user); right click by their username to get the dropdown to choose Edit Profile option:
Finally, choose the desired Supervisor by clicking the dropdown (they DO need to be an active user to show up in this list of options):
