I am progressing through the build of our relaunch portal in the newest platform. Our old portal, which we are still using, has the Conversations module but has never been used. I see that it is also in the new platform.
I was wondering how other companies have used this in a fun way. Our branches are spread out with a lot of distance between, I could see a branch sharing fun tourist things in their area in case other employees want to check out another part of the area or a fun event for the weekend. Just looking for examples of how to get employees to engage in this module.
What we currently do in some situations is have an email to go out to all staff. Then people reply to that and who wants to get those "reply all" emails all day about a topic they don't have any interest in. I would like this Conversations module take that place but it will mean re-training people when we roll out the new portal.
