    I love thenounproject.com for icons. You have to attribute the creator, but that's an easy thing to do at the bottom of a page or in a footer. (You can also pay a small fee and not have to deal with attribution.)

    We use Canva for banner design, our marketing department gave us access to the paid version but they have a bunch of free content as well.

    That ASSUMES a 96dpi though. If your dpi is different, you'd have to adjust.

    And if Becky and Karen have different dpi on their monitors... :P
