    I like this idea, it would be helpful for us because some of our staff have turned off notifications, or get the notification but then disregard.  If a reminder were to be sent out in both instances above (perhaps it could be customizable to fit your needs?), it would help in closing out tickets that have been forgotten.

    My team was asking for this option in a meeting yesterday.  It would also be nice if I could set the time frame.  Some help desks are old if not address in the same day and some have a month or more for turn around.
