Rotating employee recognitions

We would like to see a carousel of employee recognitions-take submitted recognitions and translate them to a rotating carousel, similar to the existing carousel. 

Or-add to the existing carousel an option to select from recognitions (in addition to an image, profile, or dashboard).

We select winners on a monthly basis so it would be nice to display only recognitions since the last winner selection.

Although employee recognitions appear on the Activity Feed (which is what we use now), other things appear on the feed which can muddy our effort to highlight and feature recognitions.
