We have a few people who open support tickets for our group. Unfortunately, when people go on vacation, or are out sick, we can't see what other people have been working on. I can only view and edit MY tickets, my teammate can only view and edit HER tickets... it's a pain.
Is there any way we can easily see all of our tickets in one place?
We sure can! It's not something you can set up, but we can sure do it for you. Passageways has the ability to allow a user at an org to view and edit ALL tickets for that org – even ones he/she did not open. You just need to open a ticket that says “I’d like to view/edit all tickets” and BOOM we can do that!
Also - if you've not already done so - create a login for the Support Center! It is quick and painless, and allows you to have an AWESOME dashboard to view tickets, open tickets, manage tickets... in short, it's GREAT!!!!
