Reservation module ... future custom feature ideas
Hello Passageways Friends, past, present and future!
Listed below are some ideas that our Marketing, Facilities, etc. departments have for changes/features to the Reservations Center that could make ALL of our lives a little easier.
Have any of you ever wished you had these or similar features too, in your Reservation Module? Do you have any ideas of how the following list could be accomplished in some other way?
- Appropriate staff members receiving notifications when items are reserved, when any changes are made to a reservation, and/or cancelations.
- Making the reservation items picture bigger. The current pics are hard to see causing some employees to just call the reservation items person instead of making the proper reservation in our Reservation Center.
- How about one large calendar for ALL the reservation items instead of individual calendars for each item.
- When reserving an item(s), how about having a quantity count and some kind of way for the item to be reserved by multiple staff members on any given day.

Hi Teresa! Thanks for the ideas! I will get these submitted as a Product Change Request for you so that if we include them in a future enhancement, you will receive notification. I have another group who is looking at some improvement ideas here so I'll be sure to share this with them!
