    We use the Submit Invoices Island for Expense Reports.  The fields don't match up exactly as they should but we make it work.  Would be nice to have a checkbox that says Expense Report or Invoice with configurable fields for each.

    We have many staff that submit the same expenses each month.  It would be nice to be able to copy a previously submitted report or create a template that can be used over and over.

    We would like the ability to select an approver in the even your supervisor is unavailable.  For example, if your supervisor is on vacation or leave you can select an approver rather than changing your supervisor.

    We would expense approvers to have the ability to review past approved reports.  We find we often need to do research and there is no way for someone to see what they previously approved.

    It would streamline the approval process if you could approve the expense report while in the View mode rather than having to back out and approve from the main screen.

    We seem to have similar requests as Kim, here's feedback from our team about Expense Reports:

    -A way to copy a previous report (for those staff who have the same expense reports each month)

    -Make the process easier for the supervisor approval-we tend to see that the View first then Approve/Deny workflow is not intuitive and many click View expecting to then be able to Approve from that screen

    -Allow for a $0.00 entry (for when an additional receipt or document needs to be provided)

    -Allow for more than one attachment on an item

    -Mark required fields with an * so submitters know what fields must be entered to move forward
