Rackspace Users - Time Zone Functionality Improvement
Help Desks dates and times reflect the time zone set in Portal Framework. For more information, please refer to OnSemble 7.4.2 Release Information.
Using your Navigation, simply visit Module Tools -> Portal Framework -> Set Home Time Zone.
Help Desk tickets open in a New Tab
When clicking to open an existing help desk request, it will open in a new tab so as not to disrupt any filter settings.
