Going from version 6.x to 7.x is a full version update. We strongly suggest you “check in” with your CSM before opening a ticket to update with tech support (and absolutely before attempting to update via Expressway yourself!)
If you are a Rackspace User, we will be performing MOST of these steps with/for you – but you should still review so you know what to expect!
If you are NOT on some version of Version 6, (i.e. v4 or v5) please get in contact with your CSM immediately. These versions have been out of support for some time, and we must get you to v6 BEFORE we can get you to v7.
