How To: Request access to Spark, the OnSemble Customer Community Follow
We want you to join the fun and conversation in Spark, our online customer community!
We can't wait to welcome you to our online community. We know you'll find amazing resources, answers, and tips there. By completing this form, you are consenting to your email and account information being used to create a user profile in Spark, our online community. Please fill in each question completely to avoid delays in your account creation.
You will need your email address. (This is the email that is associated with your Passageways login to our support center)
If you don't already have an account that links you to our support center, or can't remember if you've set one up set that up here: (it will look like the image below:)
To request Spark access:
Visit us on the Spark website and click the "request access" button in the top right corner.
If you have already requested access:
You will receive an email from "DoNotReply@ConnectedCommunity.org" with the subject line "Action Required to Activate your spark.passageways profile." You'll need to click the link in the email to confirm. (Pro tip: check your spam filters, just in case!)
If you don't see this email within a day or so of requesting access, please let your CSM know right away.
