Sometimes, you or a user, may be looking for an update on a ticket that you've submitted via a Help Desk. The best island to use for that is the My Submitted Help Desk Island.
This island shows your users a list of every ticket they have submitted, as well as when it was submitted, which Help Desk it was submitted to, and who is assigned as Technician.
The default for the Island is to show Open Tickets submitted in the past calendar month. If you or a user cannot find information on a ticket that you're "sure you opened" try changing the dates to a longer term, or changing the status to "Any."
