1 - Go to Portal Tools - Manage Users - Portal Field Manager
2 - Select the filed you want to connect to AD. In my example, I am connecting Title to AD.
3 - Change Provider to Active Directory
4 - In the drop-down next to Field Name, select the correct active directory field to pull the information from. If one does not exist, you will need to use the article on how to add custom AD fields.
5 - Click okay at the bottom of the page.
6 - Refresh the browser and the information should populate in the user's profile.
