Announcements 7.1.1. - 7.1.2. Release Information

This update requires Portal Framework 7.1. AND the installation of the .NET 4.8. update on the portal application server. 

In this update: 

• Announcements 7.1.1. is compatible with Portal Framework 7.1.
  

Fixes: 

• Addressed issue where announcement Island was displaying the subject under the read receipt column resulting in icon misalignment
• Addressed issue where when viewing announcements word wrapping was incorrectly breaking lines within word.
• Fixed issue where apostrophes were causing error messages when used in a title.
