- Search now spans across all help desks when searching on the My Help Desk Requests island.
- Comments and descriptions are now searchable.
- Numerals in the subject of a ticket are now searchable.
- The Default View has been corrected to only show tickets a technician is assigned.
- Tickets with an empty due date will display as expected on the My Help Desk Requests island.
- Exporting tickets with date fields will convert correctly from UTC.
