Campaign Goal:
Purdue Federal Credit Union reached out to Passageways to collaborate on a custom tool for their nomination and voting process for their organizational awards. We have had several requests from other organizations for the same project and thought this would apply to many other Passageways customers.
The goal of this project is to build an entirely new Awards application from scratch with our Consulting Team. Attached to this article you will find an in-depth description of the functionality of the project along with a user interface mockup of what the tool will potentially look like.
Funding Goals:
$12,000
Success Criteria:
100% of the goal must be reached for this Campaign to become a Project.

Success Plan and Timeline:
Project Type:
The initial requirements for this project have been detailed by Purdue Federal Credit Union. Any parties joining the crowdfunding efforts will be able to provide input on additional requirements for the final product.
What to Expect:
Once the campaign is successfully funded we will schedule a Project Kick-Off meeting between all participating customers. This meeting will be used to review the requirements of the current outlined specifications in the attached documents to this article.
Requirement Gathering Phase:
Starting from the Kick-Off meeting we will provide 1 week of lag time for all funding parties to provide input on additional requirements for the project. All requirements will be reviewed and discussed through a final meeting with all funding parties prior to beginning development. Development will be scheduled once the final requirements have been defined.
Deliverables:
All funding parties will receive the final product – The Awards Application.
Project Closure:
Project Wrap-Up Meeting
At the end of the project we will have a wrap-up meeting with all the funding parties to discuss the Awards project as well as the Crowdfunding Process. This will allow Passageways to ensure we are launching a successful Crowdfunding Program and to give us information to use as we continue to move forward with this new venture to provide a platform for us to collaborate with our customers, and enable them to use the portal for success!
Success Story
If you are interested in conducting a one-on-one success story we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to create an article that we can share about the Crowdfunding process from start to finish and the success this campaign has brought to your organization.
