Help Desk Module v4.4.2 Release Information
Purpose of Release:
This release was to resolve an issue with closed records not being added to the journal.

- No new enhancements included in this release.
- If a ticket is closed, and the option to not alert the requester is checked, the closed record is logged as a journal entry. Now a journal entry is always created when a ticket is closed regardless of the alert option selections.
