Purpose of Release |
Form Builder Module v4.10.1 addresses functionality in a small array of Form Builder features to ensure they work as expected. This release focuses on uploaded form search, form approval, form results and more.
Features |
- A default filter by completion date has been added to aggregate results. This will not only prevent a large amount of data being loaded at once but will also allow for targeted ranges of results (i.e. all vacation request forms completed last week).
- The owner of a library can now be changed at any time by members of the Admin role.
Bug Fixes |
- Search has returned for uploaded forms.
- The Needing Approval Tab on the My Forms Island will now show more than 1 page of forms for approval.
- If a member of the portal is permanentely deleted from the portal you can still approve or decline their form submissions.
- Clicking clear form results when complete a form will no longer change the text in the page header description.
- A bug when attempting to view aggregate results that contained results of deleted users has been resolved.
- On the Individual Results Tab on the My Forms Island, complete forms will only show once regardless of the number of times you are listed as a results viewer for that form.
- On the Needing Approval Tab on the My Forms Island, forms that require approval will show when you are listed as the form approver by role.
- On the Needing Approval Tab on the My Forms Island, forms that require approval can be filtered by supervisor once again.
- Form Field Results are now included in the form complete notification.

Known Issues |
- It is possible to complete a form that may have validation errors for individual fields. The form will show the validation on the field, but you can still complete the form. We are continuing to diagnose this issue.
- Some layouts which contain header and footers can provide some challenges when placing controls onto the form.
- While duplicate individual results will no longer occur, there is no default filter set for the tab. This may cause some users to have a very large number of items on their individual tab results. Setting a filter after loading the tab will help refine the number of results.
- Form results may display the phrase "system.object" if the field is left blank.
- The label column when designing a form may appear "squished" if a lot of text is entered for the field label.
- If a workgroup is set for results permissions or results recipients, those users will not receive a notification.
