When moving a help desk ticket to another help desk, if both help desks have the same custom dropdown field and the same value possible but capitalization is different (Other vs other), and the field has that value, a yellow-screen error occurs.
Server Error in '/' Application. 'CustomField_12_DropDownList_517_Value' has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items.
