Help Desk Module v4.4.1 Release Information
Purpose of Release:
This release contains bug fixes found in the previous Help Desk release.
Release Date: Target Date- Oct. 23rd, 2014
- Sorting by Requestor or Technician on the My Help Desk Requests Island now sorts properly.
- Tickets with permanently deleted users as the ticket requestor will no longer error when trying to view the ticket.
- Tickets assigned to deleted technicians will no longer throw errors when trying to view the ticket.
- The Help Desk attachments folder path is now set correctly when the module is installed fresh.
- The Journal Entry for closing a ticket is not created if the option to include the closed resolution is unchecked when the ticket is closed
